before I get off tumblr and start studying (and by studying I mean eat and clean my room then start studying because I procrastinate like that).

I don’t understand so many people’s fascinations with posting pictures of bruises.  Like I guess metaphorically I get it but…seriously…I get bruises ALL THE TIME.  I mean I could make a blog from posting pictures of all the bruises I get.  They’re not rare, they’re not poetic, they’re definitely not graceful.  They are mundane as fuck.

I’m not angry about all the bruise pictures just confused as to why so many people seem to find them so enticing that they need to post pictures of them all the time. Now if it’s a picture of a bruise in a special shape, I can understand the fascination.

It would be pretty cool if there was a bruise in the shape of a jesus face or a heart or a perfect star.  Perhaps people would go around starting to punch each other with shaped blocks of cement for that desired effect and it would create a rampant spree of random punchers trying to create the perfect bruise.

I don’t know.  If anyone knows why bruises are posted all over this website by people I would love to know why, I guess I find it fascinating that people put a fascination into something I overlook everyday.

I guess I should start studying.
